I really
not think justin will to be honest. He's builds the skin on his site
for money, so unlikely he would host them on a free skin
server.
Here a post from him thou explain how his site
works
[b]
The staff (Justin
Hancock, rockerboo, & global-axis) here at xSkins are proud to announce
the opening of the xSkins Forums!
xSkins goal is to become the
premiere custom-skinning company/site for Invision Board. While our site
design is not done, due to the many requests I'm getting over at
Invision Board Support Forums, we've decided to open up the forums so
we can start what will hopefully be a long, steady, and good flow of
custom-skin creations for IBF users.
The skin you see here is
complete for the most part; some minor changes are needed here and there,
but for the most part, we have a complete skin. Cheers to global-axis for
the great skin.
How do I go about requesting a custom-skin, you
ask? Simply create a new topic in Skin Requests, and after one of the
skinners here has reviewed it and concluded that they can in fact create
the custom skin for you, they'll reply to your thread instructing you
to check your Inbox, and further conversations will be conducted via
PM.
One thing that a few people may not
realize is that we do not create custom skins for free. It can take days,
if not weeks, to create a custom skin of great quality. But on the other
hand, the prices we charge are very reasonable. As payments go, we require
1/3 of the payment up front, and we prefer PayPal. If you do not have a
PayPal account, then we'll discuss other options when it becomes
necessary.
So in conclusion, please bear with us as
we're still laying out plans for the site and forums, and things will
be changing.

The site is dead as the domain is not linked to any servers but is still currently owned by Justin Hancock.
