New Board - Server Side Teaching

I was
wondering if anyone here would use a delvopment forum. I would target it
for newbies entering the world of Server Side (PHP, Perl, Python, JPS,
ASP, etc.) programming but, would also have forums for far more advanced
users. What do you think? I now I really would have wanted something like
it when I started. There would also be a forum specificaly designed to
help modify and learn IBF.

the idea is
good....but ... there are tons of sites with forums like that. It will be
very hard to compete with them....for example www.sitepoint.com ('http://www.sitepoint.com')
