If you are ever thinking of getting a hoster for your web site I say stay well away from hostforweb.com.
They are not cheap, and their outages happen all the dam time with absolutly no warnings at all. They seem to just change things and take things down as they feel like it and have no, and I mean NO consideration for the hassles it causes their clients. In short, they are a bunch of (the f and w words).

wow not good then, i know some hosts forget there there to run a busniess, and thats the hard part, but customer service should always be a first, and that means putting up with customers shouting and being a pain, lol. I see it i guess that alot of people pay good money for a host and they want something that is reliable and if they do get that then whats the point in using them.
But its good to let others know of such sites that are not good. :)

Nope, dont sound good, not a good host at all, no need to put hosting like that really, wasting their time!!

Hey! does your host take paypal there xsiv?
I've looked at icd before, but they only have 1 package of 5g a month transfer which will not b enuff for us. Still, kepp em coming! we could do with collecting a list, we can do a review on hosts!

Yes they do Aristia. At least they did when I signed up. I went with one month via paypal to see how they would do and then switched to CC for 6 months at a time once I knew we would stay. They have been very helpful with their support.

I donno any other place that gives 600mb, a 10gig trans., and .com domain hosting, with all the extras. for $9.49 CDN a month, I think thats like 6 pounds for you.

Wow! that one looks very good value, and the site is speedy. Great for hosting, but we're after resellers now. If we're making a little review section here, can we keep regular hosting in this opic, and make a new one for resellers :D ta
