New Group Added

We have decided to add a new group to our board, due to a few donations
that people have made.

As a few members have donated to us here, we
have decided to say thank you to them by putting them into a new group, I
know this is not alot but it is our way of saying thank you for making a
donation to help us improve our service to all members.

We are now
be opening a new forum within the support forum that only this group and
staff will be able to access so that you can have more of a priority with
us.

Again thank you for your help to improve our site, and I speak
for every member when we say that, as all members do benefit from your
donation, as all donation will go back into the this site.

members get a special fast replys, but the idea is to open an account on a
few chat programs and use that for faster responce. As it can take a
little why to reply here at times if no staff are on.

Just at
pressent i have at least 4-5 ppl most of the time asking for help this
way, and its hard to get any skins made, so if we have a new account that
only these ppl have the name to, i know that i need to answer them stright
away, and other ppl will need to post on the forum. I love to help
everyone but we can only spent so much time making skins, so we need to
focus more on that for everyone.

using on the board, so we can add you to the list and then you can access
our private support forum, and get the instant online support
names.

I see that things have moved around in here quite a bit lately, but are
you aware that the "old" support forum is no longer visible when you
view the forum index? It is in the IBFSkinned Area category but you have
to do a search to find it and navigate to it. I understand from your
announcement that you created a sub-forum in the main Support forum and
have made it visible to a select member group, it occurs to me you may
have accidentally hidden the main forum from view, or perhaps it was your
intention to not provide a *free* support forum anymore? Whichever the
case, I can still post in the original support forum once I navigate there
through the Search mechanism and I am not in the new paid member group.

Thanks for the update, its was something i overlooked, all members will
always get free support from us, and yes everyone is ment to see the
support forum, and i not sure why its not showing :( but i
shall sort this
