New Pic style welcome

Thought i'd pretty the site up and make the welcome message a
picture.

I "saved for web" lol so it's only 13k

We are 56k friendly (well try to
be)

I think that its way to dark and takes away from your sites professional
look :( I would
either remove it or just do it in a different color.
