Funny thing is..........I myself am in day 4 of "hell-week".

Best think that saves me is sunflower seeds. I keep a bag by the comp so that when I feel the need to reach for a smoke I grab some seeds.......

:) hehe,thanks for the support,yes,hell-week it is,I am never bad tempered,and never trowing things around,but i'm doing that now,hard to believe that sigarettes can put you in such ashamed position :(

my girl is trying to make me stop but im on the lightest fags you can get and that really doesnt help but it seems to me your doing well. just got to wait see how i do now. lol
