If you do we will only look at the first frame as that is unfair to the people who are constrained to one frame by using non animated programs. And if any animated work is submitted we will only take the first image into account when jugdeing. For those not having to poppertunity to make flash, it would be unfair. Besides, it is our graphics that are the point of this comp, not our ability to animate. and it's the last day of the month tomorrow, so please make your submissions now!
