Mobile Skin

I would like to make a "mobile" skin that can be accessed by PDA (Palm Pilot, Palm Smartphone, etc.). One of the sites I visit has one already and I just need some assistance on what I can do to change my invision board to a mobile site.

Essentially it would be text only, no (or very little) images. The site I normally visit is a vB site Smartphonesource.com (http://www.smartphonesource.com/vbulletin/index.php).

Let me know if anyone has any ideas.

I attempted an image free skin which looked great but I could not export it properly. If you want to see it you can at:

You will need to register and change it in the userCP as I am currently working on the Dark Crystal skin (default). If you can figure out how to export it let me know and I will give you the access you need.

Your site is almost what I was looking for. I changed the macros on my site (and got rid of the images and replaced them with html, so instead of a new button, it shows the words new) and was able to get rid of the images with the CSS. Any idea on how to go "table-less" because I think that would help a bunch?

My talent lies in images and CSS. To remove the tables you are looking at huge template changes. If you can find someone who is skilled enough in templates to do this I would be more than happy to let them develop it on my board, using my existing Quick Load skin. The only problem will come when we try to export it but we can deal with that when we come too it ;))
