Just about a half-hour ago I downloaded a C++ Builder/Compiler. The file i had to run to use it was sort of a command-line sort of program. But for some reason when I try to run the program it appears and then dissappears very quickly. I've had this problem with a umber of programs. Any idea of what the problem could be?

If you'd like to try this out please download the attachment below and run it. Then tell me what OS you are running and if it works for you. What you should be looking for after you double click the text_gram.exe file is

Made a second windows program already :) It finds the hypotenuse of 2 user specified lengths I guess I will start uploading my programs to the server and host them there for my portfolio. Next I will try to learn to make "GUI's" (graphical user interfaces) and use them

Well to speak in true terms the hypotenuse can only be found in a right triangle, in which the hypotenuse would be oppsite the right angle :)
That answer your question ?
Now, where's my beer damnit !!
