Banner In Footer

I want to add a banner into the footer of my board.

It should be place beneath these lines:

I can•t find the code for the stuff above.

Can anyone tell me in wich *.php I have to look?

Yes goto acp and then look in your skins/templates then goto manage wrappers, that the easy way to add one, other than that its a template editing, which can leave your board unstable sometimes :( until the final is out.
