Help. Ed 10-Nov-2003, 10:26 AM Antenna(a) and some more cat 5 cble, etc. are you using 802.11 a b or g? and a common problem, depending on what routers you get you might need to uninstall a firewall, if it won work call sony, then the router manufacturerer, sony most likely could help you out. Matt 10-Nov-2003, 06:41 PM 802.11b Ed 10-Nov-2003, 07:38 PM yea, Cable modem to the router from the router goes a wireless pc card, with little antenna on it, (probably have to buy it) , then goes a signal to yout wireless antenna to your ps2, again youll have to buy it. then take down any firewalls on teh router. Make sure if the router has a fire wall to disable it, it wont hurt anything as your modem and computer may already have a firewall installed. the playstation 2 wont be able to connect if there is a firewall enabled, if you have trouble with it jsut call the maufacture of the router. |
