AdminCP >> Skins & Templates >> Wrapper >> Neon Angel Wrapper
If in Internet Explorer:
CTRL + F
Type into the dialogue box: The_Altered1</a>
It should select that text. Now after that you are looking for 1 of 2 things. The first thing to look for is:
<br>
This puts a space. Simply delete the
after "The_Altered1</a>". Do not delete and after "IBFskinned</a>" or there will be no space between skin and board copyright.
Second possibility is there will be:
</p>
If that is there delete it and hold down the right arrow till you come to
before "for". Delete the
before "for" as well.
If this does not solve it please contact me on MSN:
info@spinnaweb.com.au
I am more than happy to log into the AdminCP and fix this for you.

Okay I just visited your board and found out for myself. You must open the wrapper as said above and replace:
<P ALIGN="CENTER">Neon_Angel Skin designed by:
<A HREF="mailto:webmaster@alteredthoughts.com">The_Al tered1</A> </P>
<P ALIGN="CENTER">for <A
HREF="http://www.ibfskinned.co.uk/">IBFskinned</A></P></FONT>
with:
<P ALIGN="CENTER">Neon_Angel Skin designed by:
<A HREF="mailto:webmaster@alteredthoughts.com">The_Al tered1</A>
for <A
HREF="http://www.ibfskinned.co.uk/">IBFskinned</A></P></FONT>
As said before if you or anyone need more help please contact me on MSN.

That is how 90% of people do skinning mate ;)) Through the Skins & Templates section you can alter the order of the boards (Wrapper), CSS (Hex colour odes for text and background), Templates (Layout) & Macros (Bits of PHP that can be called up).
Why not try installing a new board and having a fiddle?
