It means Staff Part Time, you have to start there, and sorta "work your way up"

the usual route is:
assistant > staff[pt] > staff

Since you were staff b4 we skipped the assistant bit :)

Yeah I must admit that it was pretty hard being here as just a member when I have paower of knowhow to offer and not in just skinning PHPBB either.
Now me make a new skin that fits the bill.
