My First Attempt At A Blog Layout

Okay, this is my first attempt at making a blog/journal site layout. This is just the background layout so I still need tables, but I wanted some imput on it first. The blog design is a Blink 182 theme....they are my favorite band :) The top header doesnt have text, so don't post that I need text, but if you would give advice on what would look good on the banner text, feel free to post :)

yea, love them...and another thing I noticed, I originally was just going to make a background, so I know that the header needs to be smaller as it takes up the whole screen :)
