To set your phone to factory status Type: *#7370# and when you're prompted for the lock code, type 12345. This'll erase everything and bring the phone back to its original factory settings. If you have troubles (like I did) take out the battery and re-insert it. It should work. If it didn't, well, don't blame me. This takes a few minutes to action once started, so be do wait until its finished.
