I also have a wierd folder on my second partition that i guess is something for SP2, But i never downloaded it (could this be some of auto updates crap???)<<jus disabled it bc it was bugging me all the time.

Yes this is due to the uuto updates, every day you computer will check on the microsoft web site for updates to your windows XP version. If something is release and deemed imported by microsoft your computer will down load it, so that your computer is always updated and sercure.

Yeah I disabled that bc i wanna know WHAT it is and WHY i need it before letting it use my bandwith :-p

I check the update site a lot so thas not a problem.
This thing always said it had to install the updated even after i installed them...
I havent usedit in over a year so i guess it had the old updates... Dam Microshaft
