Secondly if you could get permission from the owner, then yes i will happily convert this skin personally.

i like that skin.. and i want to use it for 1.3.. is that illegal???

Yes i understand it is in our database, but we personally did not make this skin, a member did,so the member who made it would need to give us permission to update it. This is why we have so many submittions to us, as we respect all designers, and make sure there work made is protected. So before i could update it, i would need permission from lloyd to do so.

As for hotlinking, its fine to link to the images, but previously you like to the download file, this is what we do not allow, as it allows people to download the file without needing to join the network.
