I would like it so members of my forum can exchange shop point for cash via paypal

so say member A has 10000 shop point they would click on a link and swap them points for $10.00 Cash

you will need to contact with paypal about it, Because it's like a shopping cart script which you just can't make it you will need to have a secure server connection to make a mod like this.
