I think it is a design like the css and images done for the forums (no proper coding)

I dont see how GFX sales is CSS :(

I believe M3NF has explained to you what it is, but for others reading this, interface design is basically a script interface service (yes minus css) tiles, buttons, pips, etc. People who have say, a toplist or a support script for example would come to us and ask for the interface graphics to be changed.
