Need Help From Competent Web Guy

So I downloaded the new version 1.1, then I went to install. That's when I realized doing what I do (networking and technition work), and being a web guy are 2 very different things. What's CHMOD? Anyway, it says in the installation process that IP is willing to install their board for you. So I went to their site and found out that it costs 35 bucks! I can't believe it's that hard. I'm sure there are many of you who are capable of helping me, and some who would probalby even do it for free, but because I really need some good help I'm offernig compensation (through paypal, or credit card).

I would like you to help me install my board, and also help me get my portal working. Just name your price, as long as it's less than IP's :P
