My Lcd Mod

So, as I was sitting in my room one night, at about one in the morning... I started thinking so myself, "What can I make that would be interesting?" Then I remembered that that day that I had worked on an old computer, taking out parts and what not :), and I thought that it would be kindove cool to mess with the old-school lcd on the front. So, I yanked it out of the case, plugged it into another open case I was working on, and started messing with the jumpers in the back. I thought to myself, "What can I make with three numbers (in the calculator 8 type figure)?" Then I thought, "A SMILY FACE!" So after continus trial-and-error I finally got the jumpers in the right position to show the image attached. I thought it was pretty cool, what do you think?

So sweet, rather cool i say, hehe should have it set on a switch system so that you can have others images controled by a switch. hehe, Damn tastey thou, nice one matt

it looks cool m8. how long did it take you to make/do/workout??

Surprisingly, not that long. I took me a while testing all of the pins on the back with jumpers, after I figured out which pins did what, it was pretty quick.
