I don't believe NBSDesignz creates InvisionFree skins. At least, not in this section of the board. Anyways it doesn't really matter that much seeing how InvisionFree skins can be done with a simple conversion by adding two simple lines to your InvisionFree style sheet. To convert a skin from InvisionFree to IPB simply add the following code at the start of the style sheet:
<style type="text/css">
Underneath this place the CSS of the skin, then add the following line at the end of the style sheet:
</style>
Then your done, now you're InvisionFree skin will be fully compadable with IPB's skinning system.

But that doesn't really matter seeing how I've draged this topic a tad off-topic. As for the creator, please provide additionl details and hopefully someone will be able to create the skin for you.
