[Answered] --Hello There, Just Need A Bit Of Help.

Hello I have just donated for,*can't really say purchased* your top site list script.

And while I wait for it to come through I just wonder how easy it is to install. I was trying to install another top site list but the url and site paths it wanted were frankly very confusing.
And sadly it had no support.

I have been hunting around your forums to try and see if people have had problems installing, what they were, and your advice to remedy them and there doesn't seem to be anyone.

I run a post-nuke site, a seperate phpbb forum and while I can muddle through most things using basic common sense I am not miss coder 2004 extrodinaire. I began making my site at the begining of this year, and have learnt everything from trial and error.

Will this script be beyond my capabilities to install and if I do run into problems where is the best forum to go for help.

Hi, first of all i like to thank you for purchaseing the toplist, you should now have recieved the file, also you should have access now to our toplist support area within our forum.

The toplist is designed to be easy to install, if you do need any help please use the newly accessable area on our forum, and if you rather we can even install it for you, thou i am very sure you find out how easy to do yourself, and wonder why you made your post :)

Again i like to thank you, and please do ask if you need anything at all.

There are 2 reasons why there are little posts about the toplist,
1) All support for the toplist is within our customer area, and
2) As you will see there really is little support needed, ourself being new to these kind of things along time ago, decided to make a system that anyone could install and run, We like to think its so well designed that there is no point for support.

You were right it installed like a dream, very easily and with no fuss at all.
I am now in the midst of changing it's apperance so it fits with my site more.
Thanks very much for a fantastic progam, and I sincerley hope that you gain much custom from the members of my community.

Also l like to point out we have started a download section for submitted skins for the toplist, they can be downloaded here (http://misc.nbsdesignz.com) thou currently only one skin submitted :P its a start for more to come.
