Ubb/vb Request

Awhile ago, I made a request for a UBB/VB skin, but then I decided I was going to wait for 2.0 release. Since I upgraded my board, I'm hoping to get a new skin like the one I list below.

I like to request a skin that looks like here (http://www.ubbcentral.com/images/screenshots/ubbc_user_cat_full.gif) or this (http://www.fanforum.com/forums/index.php?s=). So if anyone could help, I really appreicate it.
