Have you ever gotten into a sleep and had a dream where you actually felt the pain ?
One night I went to sleep and I had a dream/nightmare that I was walking across a train track and my foot got stuck. the train was coming at full speed. Right at the moment when the train was about to hit me I woke up sweating, and my side near the side of my ribs was hurting, not extreme pain, but pain none-the-less.
Another very common (among other people) dream I've had was when for no reason at all I was falling into an endless pit.
I still don't get the meaning of that one. :(

Yep, I've had them. I've dreamed about getting in fights and felt it when i woke up. I've also had dreams that someone clsoe to me died, and when i woke up tears were coming form my eyes.
My mind has a hard tiem determining real world from dream world.

Honestly speaking I haven't had a bad dream in about 1 year.
I usually have good dreams now and then, you know the good dreams, lol.
But I think my mind is totally at rest when I go to sleep now. :3,:

I have those dreams from time to time. You wake up feeling like you fell off the ceiling on to your bed. :o

The it one usually means that something in your life is feeling like you are being overwhelmed, or something along those lines. There's lots of books about dreams, ut it's hard to know what ones are telling fact and what are a load of nonsence.
I often dream of tripping over something or falling right as i start drifting off. I wake up and jump a mile lol :D
I've woken up crying before from a dream, and also dreamt about drowning and woken up gasping for breath. Not had pain yet. Could you have bumped yourself and that be the cause of the dream in the first place?
They do interest me alot, as it is sometimes your subconcious expressing things or fears that are happening when you are awake. It's great to try and figure them out as it's a good help to solving problems or bad feelings you are having :D

Yea...I had a dream that omeone took my children away and i wasn't allowed custody anymore. I've also dreamt of mat dying :(
reason for the former dream was that i had been worried i was spending too much time on here and not enough time with them. but I feel ok about that now - i do give them enough time :)

I have noticed myself ive had a few dreams with myself falling among other things so i did a little research which may answer some questions for others.
Falling
Loss of honor. Fear of failure. Loss of power and feeling out of control.
Fight
Violent resolution. Release of energy. Building or releasing conflicts
Pain
Sickness. Unhappiness. Conflict. There is a problem that hurts.
Death
End of a cycle. Something is finally over.
Driving
Work on energy and power. Looking for the desired destination.
Crying
Emotional release. Grief. Domestic trials are on the way. Emotions need to be released.

Thx mike!
Last night I dreamt about tidal waves. We were at some place where you walkde around looking at the pretty things there. When waves started getting bigger and bigger i was climbing up the path (man made with railings at each level). I got to the top and a man gave me a gold ring (just like mat's wedding ring). I walked across a small bridge and came to a slowery area which was going down a hill in levels (like steps) each level had greenery, flowers and small cubyb holes, some with interesting scenery in and others ere meant for ppl to sit in. water was running down this area like a waterfall and the ppl in the cuddy holes were staying dry so i got in. Then when it was over i got out and went back to the beach. Mat was there, but before we spoke, wee looked behind us where i'd been and waves were destroying the hill top from the other side this time. On the beach wer cardboard boxes and some ppl wee hiding under them so i got in and mat looked at me like it was strange and then got in. The waves then came over everyone and once that was over, we got up and looked around at all the catashrphoe. ppl had been killed/mamed and the place was destroyed. I saw one woman who's head had come off, she was holding it in place, then took it off and dipped it in water to clean, then put it back on her neck but she still kept hold - i believed she was planning to get it sewn back on oO
Then I woke up. That is one of the less weird dreams I have :D It was a pretty dream with all the flowers and "water fall" hehehe, don't know what it could mean tho.

Tidal Wave
To see a tidal wave in your dream, represents an overwhelming emotional issue that demands attention. You may have been keeping your feelings and negative emotions bottled up inside.
Path
To walk through a quiet, open path, signifies clarity of thought and peace of mind. It may also symbolize your progress.
To see a blocked or windy path, denotes that you need to give serious attention to the direction you are heading in your personal and/or business life. You also need to take time out to consider and rethink the consequences before acting on your choices.
Ring
To see a ring on your finger in your dream, signifies your commitment to a relationship or a successful new endeavor. It also indicates your loyalty to your ideals, responsibilities, and beliefs.
To see a broken ring in your dream, signifies an attack on your loyalty. It is indicative of disappointments and separation.
To dream that you lose a ring or someone has stolen your ring, suggests that you will lose something or someone near and dear to you.
To dream that you receive a ring, denotes that your suspicions and worries over you lover will end. You will come to realize that he is true to his heart and will devote himself to your interest.
Waterfall
To see a waterfall in your dream, is symbolic of letting go. You are releasing all those pent up emotions and negative feelings. The dream may also represent your goals and desires. In particular, if the waterfall is clear, then it represents revitalization and renewal.
To dream that you are at the bottom of the waterfall, suggests that you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed. You are experiencing difficulties in coping with your feelings.
Hope this helps ;)
