Hi,
I just wanted to drop a note to say how pleased I am with the NBS Reseller Hosting service.
I'm not a corporate reseller, however I do have many friends who need hosting now and then and it's great to be able to just set them up and give them access to their own space!
The controls for a user creation system are unparalleled, I work for a web hosting company and understand how complicated the setup of mySQL, Apache, and the other web functions are, to be able to do it in a click of a button is excellent.
Customer Service is as always amazing, Mat and Stella are available within 24 hours regardless of the problems they face (as demonstrated by recent DDOS attacks) - I've been thoroughly impressed by their dedication and friendliness towards not only myself but all users.
