Getting Iipdynamiclite To Work?

oky i have tryed to get ipdynamiclite to work on my forums on a basic localhost server can somebody help me lol i really dont know how to do it :S:

version 1.3 > find the index.php file in the "Tools_and_Scripts" folder of the unzipped ipb download. DO NOT REPLACE YOUR FORUMS INDEX.PHP! You need to find a different location for the ipd index. When it is in place, open the file and check that it's got the correct paths in it (at the top) to the forum. After you have done that, you enable it in your acp and set up to your preferences.

Version 2 > Do the settings in acp, then access it by typing your forum address with ?act=home on the end (http://www.domain.com/forum/index.php?act=home).
