[Answered] --2 Ip's - Cant Access Admin Cp

I've just installed a forum for a mate (http://theworks.rwuk.co.uk), and because for some reason they have 2 IP's - one when they sign up and one when they access the Admin Control Panel, it wont let them in. My mate uses AOL. I've tried pre-registering, using Member permissions, and a hell of a lot more. Any help?
