Is it possible to install a shout box for v2.0.0 ?

If so anyone know where i go about finding one ?

Yep.

www.invisionize.com, goto Mods, and Seach for shoutbox.

I recommend D-Scripting's shoutbox, think the latest is 3.5.

Oh .. last time I checked the readme it didnt say but all of the options are at the bottom of the ACP.
