Why do i cannot download skin when i am registered

You need the password for the Databases. You will need to wait untill the owners of the site come online as there was a skin problem and the password bar got deleted from the coding somehow. Sorry for any inconvience.

We are sorry about that, we have just updated our default skin to run on v2 final and not yet coded the part that shows the database access details.

They should be showing now.
