no, because the 1.3 css code is WAY different than the 2.0 css code

Damn.. i wanted the xbox theme on my form.....

Not as of yet, but perhaps you could contact the owner of the original skin and see if he has ported it to 2.0 yet. If not, you could either try it yourself, or you may have to just sit tight.
