try to re-upload them first, if that doesn't work then try to re-install the whole board but first backup the DB

2 things, as Ted said see if the images have been uploaded to the image dir, and also make sure they are showing up in the macro section, this might be down to the big bug that was in the first Final release concerning some templates ect not importing right,

showing up as code like <{something}> ? if so, that is due to macros, I don't know what would have caused it, but to fix it you can go to the skin area in admincp, click on the skin in question and choose to edit skin replacement macros. You may have to add some! click edit on one currently in there to see what you need to put in and then create a new macro using the name of one of those which are not showing properly

ie: if it says <{CAT_IMG}> then the macro name will be CAT_IMG. Hope that helps you, I might have time to take a closer look and fix it for you if you like.

(if you do, pm me with user details so i can access your acp)

Another thing might help us, a link to view these errors :)

Is it something like this image I'm attaching? I have to figure out how to fix this, missing several images on my board. This is how I got it installed by IPS.

Ok, check it out:

The attachments are broken...
Not only that, but the Registration Verification images are broken.
The Macros, however, are fine.

What I know:
Though I upgraded. PF3, 4, final last week, this started yesterday.
The images are present in the uploads folder.
The image path is the same as the attachment thumbnail, only remove "_thumb" from the file name.

BTW, I didn't include the link out of respect for NBS, as there is high graphic and verbal content, not suitable for minors and the faint of heart.

Good point there Emily, thanks! It's a problem when you click on the attachment thumbnail, it takes you a page to display the full size image, but only shows letters and numbers and other obscure code. Looks like a file problem. looking into that now :)

Aristia, do you remember how we fixed this last time?

Because the problem came back! :-/
