Well I have a very detailed, specific statement for what I want but it would take forever. It should be a fairly simple job for those who do this kinda thing. I have a layout I want put into my forums.

First draft. It is based on lulu's LOTR skin (with permission). Excuse the quality of the screenshot. My fonts keep coming out weird in screenshots. It has also been resized smaller as I run @ 1280 x 1024 resolution. Let me know if it is the direction you want to take.
