Mod - Rotating Banner Advertisment

I've seen lots of post for the banner ad advertisment.

I would like to rotate a few banners on my board, but no one really gives a sufficient answer. Can you tell me the code, where to put the banners (folders, by ftp?).

I want it at the top of my board, between the nav menu, and the latest news bit.

Here (http://www.emergencyvehicles.org.uk) is my board.
