Skin Request - Grey/black/white

Hello to all.

I'm looking for a Skin expert to make me a skin.

My forum is about the Emergency Services in the UK, and would like a nice new logo that coinsides with the forum colour scheme. I would like it to have dark / light black and grey colours like the present one Here (http://www.emergencyvehicles.org.uk), but would love it to be custom made. I would also like the same "new post"/"No new posts" grapics as are in the current one, but i'll leave it up to you as i'm no expert whatso ever.

I would like it to have some blue bars and things in (With blue new posts/no new post graphics too).

And some silver bits here and there. Forget the black and grey idea
