Help, am totally lost.
I need to know what to do, step by step, to add a Logo to a header, or change the header all together.

Do you mean you want to add your own logo to the site? If so goto your admin cp, click on skins & templates, go down to easy logo changer, then browse and upload the image from your computer and press complete edit.
