Installing Templates Help

I am new to vB and I am wondering how can i install vB templates?

their should be a place to upload .xml files..

yeah i see itbut where do i upload the file folder to what directory? i know how to do the .xml but i have the problem where to put the folder. And where can i get some rep images?

upload the folder containing the style images from the new style into the forums images folder
