Hello there. When I joined I couldn't say the name of the person who sent me here, so for the record, it was Graham, "12Noon". I hope you will give him all due credit for getting you a new member.

I'm here after a skin so I am going to have a look around to see what value there is in actually paying for one and find out the advantages of buying instead of picking up a free one from Invisionise.

We only charge for a few skins here just to cover the costs of the hosting and licences needed to run the place. We have numerous free skins for you to choose from but if you do decide to purchase one of our paid skins, we look forward to doing business with you.

Thanks for the quick reply. Graham said I should have a look at purchassing a skin, and he is one who I feel that I should heed when it comes to these sort of things.
Tell me please, can I make the skin any wider than it seems (Night Fiber), There is a lot of white space which I don't particularly like at the sides.
I also like the skin you have for your web page, very business-like and probably the one I would go for if it were available. I have IPB 1.3.1. But if I can't have that one then I will probably go for the Night Fiber

you can easyly change the forum width in the admin cp's skin section

Had a bit of a problem with paypal trying to pay for the NightFiber skin (5 pounds).

When I got to the part where I was to make the payment it said that I must be logged in to make a payment. So I logged in and lost the entire message and information that I laboriously typed in, as it never went back to the page. ??

I don't know how to fix this. Perhaps you can give me some details as to who I am to make the payment payable and I can do it from my end.

I'll try once more tonight and then I'm off to bed.

it seems you have this sorted now as your transaction number has been recieved and you should recieve your files shortly :)

Thank you MikeChristopher, yeah, got it sorted. Paypal can be a bit of a pain at times, but it is a huge corporation with a complex system. Still the best on the net though.

Got the files OK, Why are there two files? I've got Tar Night fiber DB and UB (?) Are these different versions or do they both need to be uploaded? I'm a bit lost with this one.

When I imported them into the IPB I found that I have two sets of skins, what does this mean? :(

the one you need to use is the UB if it was the unbranded copy of the skin you brought. Hope this helps.
