We Are Looking For More Staff.

Ok as you can
see that we as a community are really getting busy, the sad part is we are
stopping taking request temp as there is only a few that skin here. But i
would like to ask for help from our members, we are at the stage where we
need more moderators and coders and also skinners to help us. I guess none
of us thought that this would take off so fast, but it has, we had alot of
comments that say they come here for the communtiy atmoshere, and i love
that, that is what we are about, and i am sorry to you all that at time we
not all around to help you.

We have a great team that works so
hard, and i like to say thank you so much, without you guys and girls we
are nothin, well nothin apart from a host to skins, its you people that
come here that makes this place a great place to come.

If you want
to join our team, if you could reply to this, with some little details
about yourself, and what you like to to help us with, eg. if you would
like to be a moderator, plz tell us what forum you would best suite, if
you are skinner/artist, can you make a full sin or you more into the
graphic like buttons.

have been around BBs for about 3 years now from IB to UBH to PHPBB to IBF
and I can skin them pretty easily :)
I am

and X admin of upperboard (out
of business)

As for the skinners job I am in the USAF and I have a
family of 5 (inc wife) and can't devote alot of time to just doing
that but I will Mod for you :) Forums

I have
just started as a new member here, I would like to raise my hand up to be
a mod, however I am not going to on the bases that I like to be
self-paced. Lazy I know... but I like doing things for the fun of it and
at this point the responsibility of modding is too high ad my own site
takes alot of time, and my gurl... well... she comes first over
everything.

So to all you who are going to apply, don't apply
just to raise your ego, only apply if you are dedicated and willing to put
in a 110%... otherwise you are just wasteing other people's time...
So if your applying, be serious about it...

As a personal thing, i feel that if you want to be part of our team you do
need to show willing, by wanting to do your job before you get it, ie,
zxotar helped loads of ppl in support before he was moderator, as he did
it becuase he wanted to, and he done a amazing job every since. We want
ppl to want to help us here, We also need to people to update the site
with news of goings on at invision itself, we not always have the time to
update the members of news.

Please onlt apply if you really want to
help. We take our forum very seriously and even more seriouly we take our
members, OUR members come first.

Hey there once again IBFSkinned crew, now I know Im one of the newer faces
in the crowd but Id be more then willing to help out in any way fashion or
form. Im in the process of learning several things anything from c++
(programing) to PSP 7 (graphics are a bit easier then programming hell

Well guys, I post on too many forums already and I couldn't post here
super often. To much to keep track of. I could post her occasionally.
But really I just want to skin. But I'll leave it up to you guys. If

for all thous do graphics a idea is that you could start of with some dev
packs, as to be honest that is always the hardest items to do. Maybe we
can set up a request forums for the dev pack and you can all make work and
submit them so that members can pic out of them, what you think ?

handle the heat in the forums. ^_^

see ppl around a bit more frequently for a couple of reasons:

1) we
need to trust you not to fanny about with the posts

2) we need ppl
who have the time to come here and keep an eye on things :)

I can help out where ever possible, Probably better within
the normal scope of the forum rather than on the technical side of the
skinning as im still learning.
I have full access to the forum from
work and home and would be more than willing to pop in and out all day
long.
Im usually sitting on one or more of the forums I am a member or
moderator on all day from about 8.30am til around 11ish in the evenings
most days, whislt taking calls for technical support (which is my main
job).
So if you want to take advantage of my services then please do
so.
