firstly, i get an error whenever i go to veiw a topic on my forum, does anyone know what it is?

theres the main bit, click on a topic and it says the error, can anyone help me with it?
also, i installed the D-Colored Forum Leaders Name 1[1].0 and the only file in the folder is a installer one with codes ive got to change, i done that but theres is nothing there. what is up with it?
