I've purchased the toplist script and other services from you guys before, however, recently my title has been downgraded from Customers / Client to Member, why is this?

First of all can i say sorry. The only reason i can think why this may have happen is during the transfer from using IPB forum software over to vBullenin that we now use.

If you can jusr reply back to this post with your paypal email address, we can add your account details into our file system and restore your account.
