Moving the "Last Post" row...

On vBulletin by default, the "Forum," "Last Post," "Threads" and "Posts" row appears only once, on top of all the forums. This causes that weird "shrinking" effect if all the forums are closed- something I personally can't stand. How do I move the row below the root forum row, like on this forum? It may appear multiple times for each root forum, but at least it goes away when minimized...

I think doing this may require a seperation of root forums, though. So how do I seperate them?

its only possible when splitting the categories, you need to edit templates for it
