Problem with Board Statistics

Hi there all, i'm newbie with invision v2.0, i build a forum on a free host, and I got a problem, the Board Statistics don't change, like, some person registers and it keeps saying "We have 2 registered members" "The newest member is Faquarl" and, there are 6 members (at least) resgistered on the forum. Can someone help me, tell me where i'm wrong and what to do to put it right. Thank Yall.
