I have been on the forums here for a while now and always thought what a great attitude the owners had and was impressed by how dedicated they seem, so when I started having problems with my current host and decided to move my site and board, NBS was my first choice. Speaking to Matt, he offered to transfer the whole site (some 700Mb of it !) from the current server to theirs for me. However, owing to problems with my old host and the fact that my main database decided to 'throw a wobbler' on the day of the move, it didn't go too smoothly ! Un-daunted, Matt kept in constant contact with me to explain the problems that he was having, and perservered until the transfer was complete, before restoring a backup I had of the database in question and re-activating my board for me, all whilst I had to go to work !
In my experience, they offer an outstanding service. The support I have received has been second to none and I couldnt reccomend them enough to anyone who is looking for a hosting service.
Before you go anywhere else, check out their services and have a look at just how accessible they are if you need them (this board, MSN, Mirc, e-mail, telephone and webchat).
