Hey All,

Basically, me and a business partner are setting up a business selling gaming servers. Along side of this we are looking not only for our own webspace but also to resell. I have been a member of NBS for some time now and know that you guys offer friendly and reliable support.

One question I did have was, do we have access to all of the standard reseller functions such as adding domains, setting the limits on the domains etc and if so how many domains are we limited to on one reseller-two account?

Another question that I had was, if this does turn out to be a sucsess and we wished to move to the reseller-three package would this be possible or would this cause any disruption to both you, and ourselves?

I have read your TOS and that is all understandable and I agree to all of that so there should be no problem there.

Finally (well, as much as I can think of at the moment), should we need extra bandwidth or space, is this charged at a monthly rate or is this not avaliable?

Thanks,

Jay

Hi Jay :) Right lets gets down to your questions :)

Right One question I did have was, do we have access to all of the standard reseller functions such as adding domains, setting the limits on the domains etc and if so how many domains are we limited to on one reseller-two account?

Right on the reseller 2 account you get to control every aspect of any account you add, from how many email address they can have, to how many domain names you let them use along side there accounts., there are no limits to you to control, you able to set it how you want it for each and every customer. So you can sell just 1 email account extra per account if you really wanted to :)

Another question that I had was, if this does turn out to be a sucsess and we wished to move to the reseller-three package would this be possible or would this cause any disruption to both you, and ourselves?

Ok if you wanted to upgrade, it would be as simple and 3 clicks our end, and no disruption what so ever, you would not know it happened :)

Finally (well, as much as I can think of at the moment), should we need extra bandwidth or space, is this charged at a monthly rate or is this not avaliable?

Right this is one that at current we do not do, thou not saying we wont on a per customer bases, we would need to know what kinda of extra you need. We try to limit each customer to a package, reason so we can track how many account each server will hold, making sure we never overload a server or strain it. We can help you here on reseller account extras but would need more details.

Thats cool bud. All sounds nice and easy.

What we would most likely do is upgrade our account to Reseller-Three if that makes it easy for you guys.

Im guessing this is an upfront £7 p/m payment including VAT (not sure if there is a setup fee, havent seen one)? If so whats the next step to take with payment and how long does it take to get all up and running?

Cheers,

Jay

All you will need to do, is send a email to hosting@nbsdesignz.com with the following details.

A username and a password to log into your account, the password can be change at a later stage yourself, neither will need to be no more than 8 letters or numbers combo.
Then the domain name you wish to run with your account.
Then a valid email address for us to contact you with.

To start the ball rolling point your domain name servers to

ns1.nbsdesignz.com
ns2.nbsdesignz.com

when we have got your email we set you account up stright away.

So you have access either tonight or first thing in morning around 7GMT this way.

It can take up to 2-3 days for the site to run with the domain name so, all uploaded and test will need to be run from the ip that we send back to you.

Payment is including VAT, there is no set up charge what so ever.
We will send a link once account is full set up with payment details, then when your happy make the payment., but more importantly is get yourself up and running first, no huge rush for payment.
