We recently suffered some extended downtime due to many new upgrades. Although the downtime was not an enjoyable experience, I am still a very happy customer. You guys have the best support we have ever had on a server. Our questions and problems we promptly responded to and every effort was made by your staff to help us out. We have never had such a wonderful support staff. Nor have we ever had a server who was so good at keeping all of the updates coming and made such an effort at keeping us all running. You guys are great! I like to thank you for your understand during the updates we run. I so understand how down time can cause such issues and as much as we dislike running these huge updates, once they are done and running we know that things are better. With the lastest update to running mysql 4.1 we now able to run new customers more scripts that only work on this version, allowing us to cover more. As well as being safer for our current customers, but also now running faster on process time on sql demanding issue.

As most run sql on forums, this will help most. We are glad that you feel this way, and glad we not lost yourself as a customer.

I normally do not like to say "Ditto" but I think this post also states how I feel about NBS hosting and about Mat and Stel in general.

I have to agree....even with downtime, this is still one of the most reliable servers i have ever used. NBS is a great host, for a great price and compared to others, this is one of the best ive ever used when it comes to minimal downtime :)

RFB is exactly right i have been with NBS almost a yr for skins, and hosting is very reliable
