Installing Skins on 1.2

I just need someone to give me a tutorial on how to install. I logged into my ftp and uploaded the skins to archive_in and when I go to the board to import them I get this error:

Cannot write to the /home/neurotic/public_html/delusionary/style_images directory, please set sufficient CHMOD permissions to allow this. IBF cannot do this for you.

Can someone help me out. Thank you.

you haven't set the right chmod values, all you have to do is log back on using your FTP, navigate to that folder above (style_images) right click on it and in the pop up menu choose "chmod" then set the values to "777 or 0777" then close and try the install again, you may get another error msg saying the same thing but for another folder name, if you do just follow the above instruction again....thats it really.....
