Hello, I noticed that many forums runing vBulletin have a little bar at the top (like the one that was added to Windows XP sp2). Does anyone know how you add these? Here is a screenshot of what I mean.

I added the code to my styles and upped the files to my root and forum directory and it does not work:
www.cpfools.com (http://www.cpfools.com) and www.cpfools.com/forum (http://www.cpfools.com/forum)
