urghhhhhh, i don't know how i get them but i do. everytime i think i finally got rid of all of them then here comes another batch. does anyone else have this problem because the people i know doesn't seem to. >:(

Thankfuly i dont :P But then again i use a Mac computer, so that kinda says it all. No virus, no ads ware stuff :) Tis the life to lead. :) What software you use to remove them ?

I don't have much of a problem. I use XP Home and to scan/delete them I use Adaware SE and Spybot S&D. When I scan (usually every 2 weeks or so) I only get like 5.

I know what you mean. I use to get a lot of spyware. Trying using Microsoft's free antispyware. It solves most of my problems.

I like Ad Aware SE. It does a good job at removing that stuff.

I have that problem. It drives me nuts. I tried almost everything and it doesn't work.

I use Linux, no Virus' and NO Spam or adware. Love it.

just like derek said, Ad-Aware SE and Spybot Search & Destroy are very effective and when i do a full system scan, there not even a single virus.
as for the anti-virus softwares u might want to try Kaspersky, eTrust or Panda.
