As on the styles you will need to contact your forum company and confirm that you have ftp access, without FTP Access we will be unable to install and mod or style to your site that is on our site i am affraid.

Once you can confirm you have ftp then feel free to let us know and we can then help you.

Contact your host, but FTP is a way to upload file to your account where your forums are located.

FTP = File Transfer Protocol.
Which is,
A 'program' that allows files to be uploaded or downloaded from and to your computer -> your website.

Host = The provider that you signed up your .com with, or whatever extension.
